LUND: Conference: Moving Beyond the Document: Nostra Aetate’s Legacy and Interreligious Understanding

On April 23rd 2025, Centre for Theology and Religious Studies invites you for a conference that will mark the beginning of a series of interreligious dialogue series dedicated to commemorating 60 years of Nostra Aetate. The conference will focus upon: a historical overview of Nostra Aetate; an evaluation of its reception today; and an encounter with themes such as “coexistence,” “multiculturalism,” and “difference,” with an eye towards case studies in Sweden. Importantly, our intention is to give voice to Christian, Jewish, Muslim and secular perspectives through facilitated dialogue and exchange.
